Ingredients
3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 ts salt
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup baking cocoa (will have to see if they sell dark chocolate in baking cocoa form)
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp egg whites (1 egg can also be used, however this will add cholesterol to your finished product)
